Let’s head towards your most important goals with a clear focus and a supportive structure!
The structure and clarity of excellent goals, comes from their specificity and actionability. A VERY SPECIFIC goal has a way higher achievement potential than a vague goal.

The big question is this: how long (hours and minutes) can you set aside weekly / daily for your goals??
That means literally blocking off actual TIME FOR simply working on YOUR GOALS!!

Once you know how long you can spend daily and weekly grinding towards your goals, you can then appropriately schedule your action steps and start working towards your goals immediately!

Start by setting down 3 – 4 small practical action steps per goal that you’ve built.
Action steps can be very small and simple, but always practical and appropriate to your situation.

Once you have your action steps, then setting a provisional schedule at the beginning of each week, making time for your priorities, and for taking steps towards your goals is very helpful!
A schedule needs to be fluid and flexible, and is constantly under construction. Setting a schedule and structure for your goals allows a stable framework to make progress towards whatever is important to you.
The idea is consistency – not intensity

Creating a stable structure of action steps is just the beginning. The action steps need to be scheduled, and then consistently worked on.
Consistency over time will be the key that unlocks your goals.
