Papa Alex

Hi, I am Alex. I am originally from Cape Town, South Africa, but my family roots lie somewhere in the Netherlands and Germany.

My father has been a martial artist my whole life, so I basically grew up on the mat. I am extremely guy and so I’ve went through some crazy challenges. I once was weighing a lot more until I decided to change. I threw out all my bad food and started to rated clean. For the next three months I went through an elimination diet, where I exactly found out, how different foods react in my body. I would sometimes only eat a sweet potato for days to see what it did to my body. I learned a lot about nutrition and got fit and healthy. I started to believe in Jesus and he turn

my life upside down. Since then I’ve been cleaning up and healing. Through all of the things that I experienced and challenged myself, I learned a lot. Hi, I am Kyra. I am originally from a small fishers town close to Lübeck, Germany, that lies on the Baltic Sea. I’ve been travelling and living in different countries my whole life. Before I met Alex I studied theology and worked as a pastor/youth pastor. My heart is for the broken hearted, for the people no one believes in. I, myself, went through a few dark times in my life where I only got out with the help of Jesus. Since then he’s been with me on a journey, leading me into healing and restoration. I believe, that you can love people back to life. I love having people around me and I love finding solutions for the things that seem to be a bit off. So I am excited to be on this journey with you and hope I can help you on your journey as well.

My life changed drastically when I became a mommy and understand the importance of what God entrusted me with. So, I want to make this world a bit more like a healthy family. You are invited to be part of ours.
