Loads to do, but no priorities, is a lame excuse to not actually get anything done.

Being honest about what we value, prioritise, focus on and pursue is vital to having an effective priorities list

To create an effective priority list, start by identifying all tasks, then categorize them based on urgency and importance using frameworks like the Eisenhower Matrix (pictured above). Regularly review and adjust your list to accommodate changes and ensure alignment with long-term objectives.
